Background

The advent of artificial intelligence (AI) presents numerous opportunities for the establishment of new businesses or the replacement of existing ones. Particularly noteworthy is the utilization of large language models and deep learning algorithms in video processing. This technology enables the generation of interactive videos created by AI, which can effectively address the challenges associated with workforce management.

To enter the new market, the company established an in-house startup organization dedicated exclusively to new business ventures. This initiative was spearheaded by the AI-based tentpole product situated.

The Neon system integrated SaaS development tools that covered the entire process, from scanning to generating speaking artificial humans. It provided a real-time communication solution powered by a finely tuned Neon's own developed system.

Role and Achievements

I worked as a principal product manager of small team for covering development resource management, business development, product strategy, product satisfaction based on user testing and managing HQ communication.
